How to hire your Glorious Hat

1. Select the Hat or Fascinator you wish to hire

2. Pay the Hire charge in full at the time of booking, either by cash, cheque or card, this ensures the hat is secured for you exclusively on the date desired. Nobody else can book this hat on this date once you have made your booking.

3. Collect the hat or fascinator on the agreed day, usually up to 3 days before it is required. We ask for a refundable deposit, in the form of a cheque, as this will not be banked. The deposit required is equal to the hire charge. Each hat has it’s own box, hat bin, and protective rain cover.

4. Return the hat or fascinator (with box, hatpin and rain cover) by the Wednesday following your event. Provided there is no damage , your deposit will be returned to you in full.

Terms and Conditions of Hire

We hope you will be delighted with your hat from Glorious Hats. The conditions of hire are:-

1. The hat will remain the property of Glorious Hats at all times.

2. The full hire fee is payable on reservation of the hat.

3. A deposit equivalent to the hire fee is payable on collection of the hat. This will be returned on receipt of the hat in the condition in which it was hired.

4. Glorious Hats reserve the right to retain the deposit if the hat is returned damaged or marked in any way, this includes make-up, rain damage and dents.

5. Hats are hired per occasion. Hire periods typically last for 3 or 4 days over a weekend (Friday to Monday). Longer periods maybe arranged for an additional fee. We can be flexible according to availability. Please enquire.

6. The full hire fee will be refunded for cancellations made two weeks before the hire date. For cancellations in a week before the hire date – half the fee will be returned. The full hire fee will be retained for cancellations less than a week before the hire date.
